detail of First Frost
I hand quilted this with bigger stitches using a frosty looking thread, & the buttons I bought from The Old Grange Hall antique shop. This was a building across the street from the corner grocery store. One time mom left the car running, & Bosco, my old dog was in the car, while she ran in to get a loaf of bread. When she came out the car was across the street, backed into the Grange Hall!
