I did all of the applique' on this during a 3 week vacation, when our friends Kathy & John Jolman came to Alaska to visit. While we traveled to places like Homer, Seward, & Denali National park, Kathy & I both did hand work. We spent one golden day in the wilderness of Denali, while Warren & John climbed a mountain to get closer to the Dahl sheep, Kathy & I sat down by a stream working on our quilts. It was a balmy 70 degrees, & golden leaves fluttered around us.
