Postquard detail
I used Whisper for the snowflakes, & cut paper templates from the parchment paper off of fusible web. Then layed the little parchment snowflakes on top, sewed them all down, tracing the design, then tore off the paper, & burned holes in the Whisper where I wanted them, using a cautery pen. I tossed on some little spakley squares, & covered it with Tulle to make them stay on.
